It's Women In Horror Month, and I'm excited to be among these women. I have my book "These Monsters Conquered" but I also have submitted and written many horror short stories, flash fiction pieces, and poems. I keep hoping that maybe one of my short stories or flash fictions will be seen by someone who thinks they'd make a good movie. A girl can dream, right? Ha ha.
Being an indie writer is challenging, but my heart is full of stories and poems so I know I could never give up on my dream no matter how hard this can sometimes be. I just hope one day all my hard work will be noticed, I hope to write something of merit and acclaim. I hope that people will see I put my heart and soul into every single piece I write no matter how long or minute.
